Base Price Per Certificate
Secures a single hostname of your choosing, such as example.com, sub.example.com, or sub.sub.example.com.
Secures all direct subdomains of a base domain of your choosing. For example, a wildcard certificate for *.example.com secures:
sub1.example.comsub2.example.comwww.example.com- ... and so on
A wildcard certificate for *.example.com does not secure:

sub.sub.example.com(not a direct subdomain) -
example.com(but you can add it as an additional hostname for free)
Additional Hostnames
You can add up to 99 additional hostnames or wildcards per certificate to enable a single certificate to secure multiple hostnames. You can add and remove additional names at any time (you will be issued a new certificate with the new set of names).
Base/www Domain
FREE
(limit one per certificate)
If your certificate's first hostname starts with www., then you
can add the base domain (formed by removing the www. prefix) for free.
If your certificate's first hostname does not start with www., then you
can add the www sub-domain (formed by adding a www. prefix) for free.
If your certificate's first hostname is a wildcard, then you
can add the base domain (formed by removing the *. prefix) for free.
Additional Hostname
$24.95 / year
Each additional hostname secures one hostname of your choosing.
The additional hostname need not be related to the other hostnames in the certificate.
Additional Wildcard
$249.95 / year
Each additional wildcard secures all direct subdomains of a base domain of your choosing.
The domain need not be related to the other hostnames in the certificate.
Reissues and Revocations
Reissues and revocations are always free.
Subscription Terms
Certificates are sold as a yearly subscription. When you purchase a certificate, you receive a subscription that is valid for 382 days. During the term of the subscription, you can get new certificates for the same set of hostnames and wildcards at no charge. The lifetime of each certificate will the maximum allowed by industry regulations at the time of issuance, or the number of days left in your subscription, whichever is smaller.
The maximum certificate lifetime is currently 199 days. Certificates issued in March 2027 and later will have a maximum lifetime of 99 days.
For example:
- On April 15, 2026, you place the initial purchase and receive a certificate expiring on October 31, 2026.
- On October 15, 2026, you renew the certificate at no charge and receive a new certificate expiring on May 2, 2027.
- On April 15, 2027, you purchase another year, and receive a new certificate expiring on July 23, 2027.
